Becky Folb, Nokia – Speaker Preview Interview – 2011 Social Media In Recruitment Conference

In the first of our Speaker Preview Interviews for the 2011 Social Media in Recruitment Conference I met up with Becky Folb who is the Global Talent Acquisition Manager (Digital Marketing) at Nokia.

I first interviewed Becky three years ago when she worked at Major Players as a Digital Recruitment Consultant. Becky is in a unique position as she has worked as a Recruitment Consultant (Agency side) and now as an In-House Recruiter (Client side).

At the Conference Becky will be offering some great advice, including how Recruiters can manage their Online Reputation, how to manage their Employer Brand and create a Talent Pipeline using  a global careers group on Linkedin.

Number One Tip For Getting Started With Social Media In Recruitment

I met up with Jennifer McClure, President of Unbridled Talent, LLC , at #TRUManchester recently. Jennifer’s company provides consulting  services to clients in the US covering the areas of attracting, recruiting, developing & engaging key talent in their organizations.

Jennifer has a lot of experience when it comes to using social media so in this interview I asked if she would share her number one tip for companies looking to get started with social media in recruitment.

Do you agree with Jennifer? Do you have your tips you would like to add?
